How you can build your own superhero universe with heroes that help YOU become who YOU want to be?

Superheroes come in different shapes and forms

We're going to build our own universe - our favorite people, creators, industry leaders and everyone who has an influence in our lives.

You've heard of Marvel movies by now, or at least Spiderman๐Ÿ•ธ.

The Marvel Universe is a fictional shared universe where the stories in most American comic book titles and other media published by Marvel Comics take place. - Wikipedia

Where am I going with this?

There are a LOT of heroes in the Marvel universe and each of them has

  • An origin story

  • Strengths and Weaknesses

  • Reasons why we love one more than the other (Captain America in case you're wondering)

There's an entire database that tracks all these heroes and have complete details about them

Here's what you can do - Create your own database of heroes

In the same way, you have people in your life who you know personally, or follow on different platforms. Here's are some examples based on mine:

  • Richard Feynman.
    Superpower: Burning curiosity ๐Ÿ”ฅ
What inspires me: Ability to break down complex concepts to the level of a 5-year old ๐Ÿงฑ

  • Lewis Hamilton.
    Superpower: Elite mental strength ๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™‚๏ธ
What inspires me: Consistent racing career ( I've followed throughout) ๐Ÿ

There are a few people who inspire me to a great deal and I try to pick specific attributes from them that I look back on when I need motivation, reminders of my values or just someone to look up to.

    The last (fun bit):

    • Keep adding things you learn about them that you like

    • Embed articles, videos, quotes, interviews etc.

    • You can use an application like Notion, OneNote, PowerPoint (๐Ÿ˜‚)

    • Revisit, Read, Update, Understand and Apply.

โ€œWe love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.โ€ โ€• Grant Morrison
